Justina Strausbaugh,
Agent/CSR
Justina has been with PVI for almost
14 years, starting as a part-time employee while still
attending Valley Center High School. In 2005, she became
a licensed insurance agent and has since worked her
way up to Manager of the Commercial Lines Department.
Justina specializes in Business
Insurance, which includes Worker's Compensation, General
Liability, Business Auto, Surety Bonds, Group Health
Insurance and more. With her vast experience and extensive
knowledge, Justina excels at tailoring insurance policies
to fit "your" individual coverage needs, and most importantly,
your budget! As an independent agent, Justina is very
selective regarding insurance carriers and programs
offered, to insure her customers receive the best available
coverage. In fact, it is a source of pleasure and pride
to be able to put you, the customer, first!
But like everyone else at PVI, Justina
is not content to rest on her laurels. In fact, she
has earned her Property & Casualty and Life &
Health licenses from the Department of Insurance, and
currently is in the process of obtaining her CIC (Certified
Insurance Counselor) designation through The National
Alliance.
If you asked Justina why she does what
she does, she would tell you that she loves helping
people and making a difference, big or small. From saving
someone money on their insurance, to helping them rebuild
their lives after losing their home in a fire, Justina
is there for you. After all, isn't that what you would
expect from family? And that's what customers are to
Justina. Earning your trust and keeping it, through
honest, helpful and caring service, is what Justina
is all about.
That's why she says the best part of
her job is building relationships with PVI customers.
She loves promoting local businesses and watching them
grow into even more successful ones! According to Justina,
"It is very rewarding to see our PVI customers
do well, and if I can be a part of that, then even better!"
All of which reflects Justina's personal
creed, "Treat others the way you want to be treated."
That's why, when you contact Justina, you will receive
the best possible service she can provide; it's not
just "The Golden Rule" but the gold standard
you have come to expect from PVI.
But as hard as she works, don't expect
to find Justina goofing off in her spare time. That's
when she pursues her favorite pastimes, such as horseback
riding, mountain biking and hiking. (Which is why she
can also devote time to being a "huge foodie"
and doing a little wine tasting!)
But Justina's biggest priority when not
working is spending time with her real passion: her
son Landon! She describes him as "her world"
and she feels incredibly fortunate to have a son who
teaches her so much. They are quite a team! Even when
it comes to football: he plays Pop Warner and she is
his biggest fan!
Although a current resident of Escondido,
Justina feels very privileged to have been raised in
Valley Center. She enjoys being able to work in this
beautiful area surrounded by the caring and supportive
members of the community. In other words, she loves
her job!
As you can see, whether working or playing,
Justina excels at everything she does and has fun doing
