Barni Strausbaugh

Barni attended Illinois College and graduated with the degree of Bachelor of Science. He has over 35 years of experience servicing insureds throughout San Diego County. Barni has received many awards for his dedication and outstanding achievements in the insurance industry. He is also a father of two and enjoys spending time with his sons.

Brandon Strausbaugh

Brandon first began working with his father at Pauma/Valley Insurance in 2007. As a licensed insurance agent, Brandon now manages the agency and writes all lines of insurance including Business/Commercial Polices, Workers Compensation, Homeowners, Auto, Life, Health, and More. Brandon earned his Certified Insurance Counselors “CIC” designation in August 2012 through The National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research. He also completed the Commercial Lines Producer Development Program through The Hartford School of Insurance and obtained his second professional designation, Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist “CLCS” presented by The National Underwriter Company in December 2012. Brandon is an active member of Rotary and the American Agents Alliance. He has served as an Ambassador and Vice President for the Valley Center Chamber of Commerce, and in January 2013 was elected President of the Valley Center Chamber of Commerce. In his spare time Brandon loves to snowboard and root on his San Diego Padres.
